About the Placement Cell
The Placement Cell of Saheed Singhran Mahavidyalaya, Pirauna works towards providing students with proper career guidance, employment opportunities and support for their professional development. The Cell acts as a bridge between students, employers, training organizations and other career-related institutions.
Objectives
To provide career guidance and counselling to students.
To create awareness about government, private and other employment opportunities.
To improve students’ communication, aptitude, soft skills and interview skills.
To organize campus/off-campus recruitment drives and job fairs wherever possible.
To provide information about internships, apprenticeships and skill-development programmes.
To establish and strengthen relationships with companies and organizations.
To encourage students towards self-employment, entrepreneurship and higher education.
To maintain placement-related records and student employment data.
To provide equal opportunities to eligible students for participating in recruitment activities.
